This is an explorative site to learn how to begin using your WIKI space. To edit the text in your WIKI space click on the icon Edit This Page.Using the Editor you can change the font, colour, size of written information and insert pictures, links, tables, files, etc.
Save your work to update the information. Under the Manage Space icon there are a number of settings to assist you when creating your WIKI space.
Scroll down to Space Settings - Look and Feel.Here you can change the theme, text and background colours and add a logo. Scroll down to Space Settings - Members and Permissions.
In this section you can check your current memberships and change the Space and Discussion permissions, as to who can access your space and add information. You can also invite a new member, if you have their email address or user name.
To add students to your classroom WIKIspace you will need to contact the helpdesk and send them an email of usernames and passwords for every child in your grade and they will put them on the WIKIspaces site. Under Members and Permissions you will need to invite them using their username rather than email address. If you need help, just see me.
